Macro-Friendly Green Smoothie Bowl

I don’t know about y’all, but every smoothie bowl I’ve come across contains minimal protein and between 60-100 grams of sugar (that’s more than a soda).  I have nothing against sugar, but a massive serving of sugar (even if it’s from fruit) in the absence of protein is going to have me looking for my next meal within 30 minutes.  Your typical acai bowl comes with plenty of toppings, too- so now we’re looking at a 500-800 calorie bowl that provides very little satiety.  That …
